What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check in begins at 3pm. Check out is from 10am.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes, you can. Your belongings will be kept at the reception.

Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

Yes you can. We can offer you: C.O.D. (collect on delivery) and Yamato Transport delivery services. For the further information, contact the front desk.

Can I still check in, even if I arrive late at night

Yes you can, but we advise you to contact the reception regarding your arrival time in advance.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, you can use your: VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, UC, DC NICOS, UFJ Card, Master Card or Saison credit card.

What are lodging rates for kids?

– kids 3 and younger are free of charges, if they share a bed with one of the parents (dining rates are not included)
– 4～9 year olds are charged 70% of the lodging rates.
– kids 10 and older are charged as adults.

What are the cancellation rates?

The cancellation rates are:

If you don’t contact the hotel administration	100％ of lodging rate
If you cancel room reservation on the appointed date	100％ of lodging rate
If you cancel room reservation the day before your appointed date	50％ of lodging rate

I have a pet. Can it stay with me in my room?

We’re sorry but no pets are allowed to stay at the hotel.

Can I put a cot in a twin room?

We’re sorry but you can’t do that. If you need a sleeper for your child, you can simply order a room with Hollywood twin bed, when making your reservation (Note: A Hollywood Twin bed is two twin beds placed side-by-side, about as large as one king bed).

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All hotel rooms are non-smoking. If you wish you can use the smoking corner on the first floor.

Do the rooms have showers?

Yes, they do.

Do the rooms have internet access?

Yes, they do. Ask for the LAN-cable at the reception desk.

Is children’s food available at your hotel restaurant?

Dinner for children costs 1800 yen. Breakfast for children is charged as adults, 1500 yen.

What if I’m late with my check in? Can I still have dinner?

Contact us, please, if you’re going to arrive later than 6pm.

I’d like to stay for 2 nights. Is dinner menu going to be the same?

Yes, it is required.

I’m allergic to some food. Could that be considered?

Is there any transportation to the hotel from the nearest station?

From nearest station, please take a taxi to the hotel.
Standard Taxi charge : 2,000 yen (about 10 minutes to a hotel)
* Charges may be gone up and down according to transportation condition.

Is there parking available at your hotel?

Yes, free hotel parking for 25 vehicles is available.

Do you have any shops or stores at the hotel?

No, we don’t, but juice and alcohol vending machines are available on 1F and 2F.

Is bicycle rental available at your hotel?

We have 10 bicycles prepared for our guests. 500 yen rent per day is available at the hotel.
(Bicycle rental season starts in late May and ends in October. As the number of rental bicycles is limited, we advise you to make your reservation in advance）

Are there any convenience stores nearby the Hotel?

There’s a supermarket, a convenience store and a pharmacy about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Do I have to bring tire chains in winter?

As there might be snow storms and sleet in winter (December – March), we recommend you changing to winter-tires, or bring snow chains with you.

Do I have to bring any special clothing?

As we have a severe temperature difference between morning and evening in here, we recommend you to have some warm clothing with you, even in summer.
