- From Narita Airport
- Take the Keisei Honsen Tokkyu (Express) bound for Keisei Ueno. Get off at Nippori station (15th stop) to change trains. Take the JR Yamanote line bound for Ikebukuro/Shinjuku, and get off at Shin-Okubo station (9th stop).
- From Haneda Airport
- From the domestic terminal of Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Airport Line Airport Express bound for Keisei Takasago. Get off at Shinagawa station (2nd stop), and change to the JR Yamanote line bound for Shibuya/Shinjuku. Get off at Shin-Okubo station (9th stop).
