ホテル内施設及び規則説明


  1. チェックアウトについて

    チェックアウトのお時間は、午前10：00となっております。

  2. キーについて
    外出される際は、キーをフロントにお預け下さい。
  3. おタバコについて

    当ホテルは全館禁煙となっております。

    おタバコは玄関前の喫煙スペースでお願い致します。
  4. インターネットについて
    Wi-Fiは客室で無料でご利用いただけます。
    （ネットワーク、パスワードは備え付けのインフォメーション・シートをご覧ください。）
  5. タオルやリネンの交換について
    バスタオルやフェイスタオルは毎日交換致します。
    布団カバー、枕カバー、シーツの交換は3泊ごとに一回の交換となります。
    必要であれば早めに交換しますのでフロントへお申し付け下さい。

    お部屋の清掃は10時から15時の間に行います。お客様ご在室のためにそのお時間での清掃が不可能の場合には、タオルとアメニティーはいつでも交換させて頂きますのでどうぞお申しつけ下さい。

  6. ゆかたの貸し出しについて
    フロントにお越しください。
  7. 貴重品の管理について
    現金、貴重品等は、お客様の責任の元に管理してください。
    万一、館内（客室を含む）における紛失、盗難等につきましては当ホテルは責任を負いかねます。
  8. 宿泊者以外の方の入館について
    当ホテルでは保安上の理由から宿泊者以外の方の入館をお断りしております。
  9. その他
    クシ・髭剃り・シャワーキャップは、フロントに置いてありますので、ご自由にご利用下さい。

HOTEL FACILITIES＆REGULATIONS


  1. Check-out time

    Check-out time is 10 a.m.

  2. Room Key
    Every time you go out, please leave the room key at the front desk.
  3. Smoking area

    All guest rooms, lobby and hallways in the hotel are non-smoking.

    Please smoke in the designated ‘smoking space’ outside of the front door.
  4. Internet
    Wi-Fi can be used in the guest rooms. (Wi-Fi ID and the password will be written on the back of the information book in the guest rooms)
  5. Change of Linen and Towels
    We change towels every day. As we participate in and support an eco-friendly environment, we change our blanket covers, pillow covers and sheets once every three nights (on the fourth day).　 However, if you prefer having sheets and covers changed earlier please do not hesitate to ask the staff.

    We clean the guest rooms between 10:00 and 15:00.
    In case we are unable to go into your room during the hours of cleaning, we will only change your towels and bath amenities upon your request.

  6. “Yukata” ( Japanese-style bathrobe) rental service
    Yukata rental service is available at the front desk.
  7. Valuables
    Please take care of your valuables by yourself.
    The management is not responsible for valuables lost in the Hotel.
  8. No Admission by visitors
    For security reasons, we do not accept the admission of visitors who are not the staying guest of this hotel.
  9. Others
    Comb, shaving kit and shower cap are available at the front desk at free of charge. Please take it if necessary.
